My schedule is annoying and hinders my training. I work the midnight shift and wake up around 5 everyday. My days off are tues wed and thurs morning. Gym closes at6 pm on sat and sunday. WHAT DO ABOUT ROUTINE?? im trying to get a new job where im not working midnights so i can go back to the layne norton power hypertrophy routine. just sucks right now. guess ill do a basic 3 day split, chest/tris, back/bis and legs/shoulders. I really wanna hit my muscles twice a week for more effectiveness! aghhhhh damnit

Nothing wrong with hitting the same muscle groups once a week if you really push it.
